    Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed. 

    Please note that all products are made to order after placing an order.
    The production time is 7-14 days. We are working to reduce this time.

    We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

    We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ships from the same location such as the United States, Europe, China, Australia etc... It may take anywhere from 8-12 business days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.

    Shipping Method: USPS, DHL, Nova Poshta, UkrPoshta, Royal Mail.

    Delivery Time:

  • USPS usually takes 8-12 working days (not including holiday and weekend)
  • DHL usually takes 6-12 working days (not including holiday and weekend)
  • Nova Poshta usually takes 4-12 working days (not including holiday and weekend)
  • UkrPoshta usually takes 8-24 working days (not including holiday and weekend)
  • Royal Mail usually takes 10-14 working days (not including holiday and weekend)

 

How do I change my delivery address?

How do I cancel an order?

Warning. Parcels are shipped from our production facility in Ukraine. During the delivery process, the parcel may be taxed. The amount of taxes depends on the purchase price and the country of delivery.

Note: Sometimes it may be delayed by many unsteady factors like customs, flights, weather, etc. which are uncontrollable. Please be patient and you will receive the parcel. Remember that you can contact us at any time, and we will do our best to help!
